Student Dormitory Rooms

These are private rooms or studio apartments within shared student halls of residences in Zone 1 and 2 of London. Common areas are cleaned and there is a student lounge with cable and DVD and kitchen. We use dozens of student residences across London to place our students. These residences are guaranteed to be high quality.

IES Chelsea Point

A newly refurbished residence in Chelsea, near to King's Road and walking distance from the museums of South Kensington. All rooms are twin, with en-suite shower and toilet facilities which are cleaned weekly. The room includes 2 writing desks with bookcases, 2 lockable wardrobes, 2 data ports per room with free internet access 24 hrs / day, telephone. Kitchens are shared with other students and have new fully fitted equipment and individual lockable cupboards.

International Students’ House
International Students House (ISH) is located near Regent's Park. ISH offers various room types from single and twins through to multi bedded rooms and some are en suite.  Prices are based on bed and breakfast, however flexible meal plans can also be integrated.  There is an on-site gym, a bar and an exciting and lively programme of events that run 365 days a year including culture nights, themed suppers, receptions, lectures and debates.  ISH also offers a varied Christmas programme.

There are two locations for ISH; Great Portland Street and York Terrace East, both residences are within a five minute walk of each other and they are also both easily accessible from either Regent’s Park or Great Portland Street tube station.

Standard:   £195 per week
2 Bedroom Apartment: £375 per week

13-52 weeks

Zone 1
Studio Apartment:   £350 per week
En Suite:                  £300 per week

Zone 2
Standard:   £190 per week
En Suite:    £280 per week

Zone 3
Standard:    £185 per week
En Suite:     £250 per week


A £250 security deposit is needed to book these rooms before you arrive if you will stay for 13 weeks or more. Stays for less than 13 weeks have a £100 deposit. This will be refunded following your departure provided that their are no damages or outstanding fees, including cancellation fees.

Cancellation Policy
If you have not yet arrived, please give us 28 days notice in writing and you will be given a refund.
If you have already arrived in London no refunds cannot be given for cancellation and or changes to your arrival and departure dates.
