Learn English where it is spoken, experience London and meet people in London.
We can help you organize accommodation and work in London. We have many social activities and excursions in the UK.

Guide to living in London:
Living Cost
You should need about £40-80 weekly. This will cover travel, lunch and other things you may need to buy.

Accommodation costs
The cost of accommodation always depends on the area, size and quality. A decent standard of accommodation is usually over £120 a week. Don't trust any accommodation that is a lower price as it is usually bad quality.

Getting a Student Visa: Non-EU students only
For a student Visa you will need to be issued a confirmation of acceptance to study. We cannot provide this so we cannot assist you in applying for a Visa. Although, there is no such thing as illegal studying, it is the students responsibility to check that they are legally allowed to study in the UK.

Working in London:
As a full time student you are permitted to work. You will need a national insurance number which is easily available from the department for work and pensions. We can help Romanian and Bulgarian national apply for yellow cards to work in the UK.

Opening a bank account:
The law has recently been changed to make it more difficult for international students to open bank accounts. The School can help yot to open a bank account. We have information packs on this available at the school. The four main high street banks are Barclay's, HSBC, NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland. To open an account you will need to show proof of ID, such as a passport or driving license and proof of address such as a bill or bank statement.

Travel
The best way to travel is by bike or public transport. Used bikes are available at a low cost and you can sell them when you leave. For public transport always use Transport for London oyster cards as they save you money.

Student Insurance we strongly recommend that you take out insurance for your trip
