There is regular exam practice. This may take be a whole paper from the exam or a sample of questions.
Teachers also use other useful IELTS materials and resources in class, to add to learning.
Teachers regularly set homework for this course. Students are expected to complete all homework assignments to maximise chances of exam success. The IELTS exams are challenging and students must be prepared to spend plenty of time on private study if they wish to achieve their target score.
Who is the Course for? Foreign students who wish to study at a British university usually need to attain an IELTS score before they are accepted onto the course. Some professional organisations in the UK also require foreign practioners whose first language is not English to achieve an IELTS score. For full details, please visit the IELTS website.
