Languages for Business

If you are a business professional preparing for a secondment abroad or regularly entertaining overseas clients, then our Modern Language training for business can help improve your language skills. We offer a range of training options, including mini-group learning, one-to-one tuition and in-company.

The emphasis of our teaching approach is on communication and learning through practical exercises. The Modern Language Co-ordinator works closely with Directors of Study to maintain the highest standards of language training for corporate clients and private students.

In-company Closed Groups

Closed company training is perfect if your company has a number of employees, with a similar ability level, needing to learn a new language. Sessions can be purchased in packages of hours, days or weeks.

One-to-one language training focuses on your needs and objectives, with a full-time or part-time course tailored specifically to your circumstances.

Telephone training

Telephone training is for business people of an intermediate level or above in the language of study, who use the language regularly on the phone and want to improve spoken ability.

Open language courses

Join one of International House London’s regular Modern Language evening classes and study with people from different business and professional backgrounds. Choose from Arabic, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.
